"Lamentablemente, Juan no aceptó la reserva antes de nuestra llegada. Así que tuve que encontrar la ubicación del hotel en otra aplicación. Además, la habitación que habíamos reservado ya estaba ocupada. El personal fue muy amable y nos ofreció otra habitación más pequeña pero bastante adecuada.
